Hello and Happy New Year.
At the time of writing, we are fast approaching the end of the first week of 2016. While the masses are recovering from the alcoholic excesses of Christmas, and considering drying out for January, I’m doing the opposite. I’m drinking more and more.
Water that is.
While is is always a good idea to take stock of your alcohol intake, it is also important to maintain hydration levels.
Water helps to flush out the toxins and improves our general health and well being. So try swopping that cheeky half for glass of water and you will reap the benefits for a long while to come. With luck, you can over indulge at Christmas 2016, and not feel the guilt in 2017!
